If you wish to pay by credit or debit card, please select the PAY WITH CARD option at Checkout and then enter the Credit / Debit card information.  To pay using a Paypal account select the Paypal option. Alternatively, if you prefer, simply telephone us at the shop on 01565 651269 and we can process your order over the phone.

We use Stripe, an online payment processing platform that has some of the World’s best companies as their preferred payment processor including Amazon, Spotify and Uber.  Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. To accomplish this, they use the best-in-class security tools and practices to maintain a high level of security. All card numbers are encrypted at rest with AES-256.

At Cocaranti.com we accept payments by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and many more. Cocaranti.com trades worldwide and you can pay with over 135 currencies. If your chosen payment method is successful, payment will be taken immediately, (unless you select the Klarna payment option) and you will receive confirmation of your order and payment via email. If your chosen method of payment is unsuccessful, you will not be charged and we will notify you of the unauthorised payment via e-mail. Please note that even if a payment is not authorised some card issuers may choose to make the amount appear unavailable for a short period of time.

Your Privacy is always guaranteed when you shop with Cocaranti.com. We will never release any of your personal information to outside parties and you will never receive unwanted emails. At Cocaranti.com we have Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology in place so that you can be assured that our site is safe and secure and that all personal information sent across the internet via this site is encrypted. 

To place orders or use some of the features within this Site you may need to register. When you register with Cocaranti.com you are required to provide information about yourself that is accurate in all respects.   If any of your registration information changes, please notify us immediately at the following e-mail address info@cocaranti.com or via the contact page on the website. We may also change registration requirements from time to time. The account password you provide should be unique and kept secure, and you must notify Cocaranti immediately of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your account. Please do not disclose your password to anyone. We will keep your password safe and will only allow password resets once our security requirements have been met.

If you sign up to our newsletter you giving consent for us to email you with information on new arrivals, promotions, events and sale launches. You may request to stop receiving our updates at any time, simply select the unsubscribe option from any page within the website or newsletter, or contact us at info@cocaranti.com.
