Do I have to create an account to shop with Cocaranti?

Yes, upon checkout you will be asked to log-in or register, although this will only take a few minutes. You can choose whether or not to save your address and payment details and you can edit these by logging in to ‘My Account’.

Do you have a size guide?

Yes, at Cocaranti we are passionate about the right fit and recommend you take a look at our size guide. We are happy to give size advice so contact us at info@cocaranti.com, 01565 651269 or visit us at our Knutsford boutique.

 

Will you get more stock of items which have sold out?

At Cocaranti we are more than happy to try to obtain certain styles for you; our focus is on bringing new and exciting products, so we don’t always re-stock items. Many of our items do have limited stockists so if you are looking for something in particular please contact us via info@cocaranti.com or 01565 651269.

How can I pay?

At cocaranti.com we accept payment by Visa, Master Card, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, Maestro, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Direct E-banking and Bank Transfer or alternatively you can pay by PayPal. In store, you can pay by Visa, Maestro, Master Card or by cash.

When will payment be taken?

If your chosen payment method is successful payment will be taken instantly and you will receive confirmation of your order and payment via e-mail. If your chosen method of payment is unsuccessful you will not be charged and we will notify you of the unauthorised payment via e-mail. Please note that even if a payment is not authorised some card issuers may choose to make the amount appear unavailable for a short period.

How long will my delivery take?

We deliver either the next day or in up to 5 working days depending on your delivery choice, excluding bank holidays. We will send you a confirmation e-mail once your order is on its way and we track all our orders.

What is your returns and exchange policy?

We can only accept returns where the item is in its original condition with all original tags and packaging. We will refund the amount paid. We are unable to return gift vouchers.

Can I return an online order?

Yes, as outlined under the distance selling regulations you have 7 days in which to change your mind. The 7 days begin the day after you receive your order and should you decide to return your order we will issue you a full refund provided the item is in its original condition. To return your order to us, print out the returns form we have e-mailed you and use the pre-paid postage label to return your items to us for free. Our returns address is 71 King Street, Knutsford, Cheshire, WA16 6DX.

 

Can I return items bought in store?

Yes, you can return items bought in store to the store within 7 days of your purchase and we will issue you a full refund provided the item is in its original condition.

Can I bring my returns to store even if I ordered online?

Yes, if you have decided to return or exchange items bought online we are happy to process your refund in store.
